Why most people never make progress

There is a dark cloud in the middle of the day…

There is a dark cloud in the middle of the day…

Completely blocking the sun of all your dreams.

It is present in almost all young guys striving to be the most successful person in their entire bloodline…

But as they question their abilities, decisions, and opinions…

They'll look back weeks, months, or even years and get frustrated at their lack of progress.

Even worse, they're told by many that it's a normal thing everyone struggles with.

So they just sit back, arms crossed and watch as their infinite potential slowly goes out the door…never to return.

It's self-doubt.

People doubt themselves in some specific scenarios…

And the next time, they'll do their best to avoid those scenarios from happening.

But it's only in those scenarios that they can learn and grow.

So now, they're stuck in an endless cycle of zero progress.

There's a high chance that could be you…

And if so…

Here are 4 tips on how to abolish your self-doubt and build unshakable confidence.

1. Practice positive self-talk:

Think more about your accomplishments rather than dwelling on why you're not good enough.

2. Stop comparing yourself with others:

This does no good for you, it just beats down on your confidence.

Because you're not playing the same game with everyone else.

So, only compare yourself with who you were yesterday.

3. Do the things you think you can't do.

As legendary painter Vincent van Gogh said:

“If you hear a voice within you that says you can't paint, then by all means paint! And that voice will be silenced”

You can apply that to anything.

4. Be around people who support you.

This doesn't mean the people who never point out what you're doing wrong…

It means people who will push you to do the difficult but important things in life.

And that's my main mission with this newsletter…

To give you practical tips & tricks on the struggles you may have.

So feel free to reply with any suggestions you may have…

It would mean a lot!
