How to get 1% better every day

If you’re tired of putting in tremendous amounts of effort…

If you’re tired of putting in tremendous amounts of effort…

…hustling 8 hours a day and you’re still not seeing progress…

…it feels demoralizing.

Everyone says consistency is king.

That as long as you show up every day you’ll experience a massive transformation.

But consistency is only half the equation…

It can only take us so far before it plateaus or worse leads us straight to burnout.

If you want to experience continuous growth and get 1% better each day…

you need to complete the other half of the equation.

Carol Dweck professor at Stanford University and author of Mindset discovered an intimate connection between our mindset and achievement.

Her research revealed that those who believe their abilities could improve with effort reached higher levels of achievement than those who didn’t.

A contrast called growth vs. fixed mindset.

Those who possess a growth mindset are consistent.

They welcome challenges, persist despite setbacks, and put in tremendous effort because they believe in themselves.

On the other end of the spectrum, those with a fixed mindset lacked consistency.

They give up when faced with challenges because they believe their efforts are pointless…

But Dweck also stresses the equal importance of another aspect of the growth mindset…

Self-reflection

Our ability to learn not only from our past failures and criticisms but also from the failures of others.

What good is facing the Battle of Gettysburg the hundredth time if we don’t try anything different?

What good is retaking a failed exam over and over if you don’t self-reflect on the mistakes that you make?

Self-reflection is the missing half of the equation to experience real growth.

And today is your lucky day

Today I decided to let you in on the 5 simple secrets of self-reflection that only 10% of the population know and use.

And the day you’re ready to put these secrets to use exactly as mentioned below…

Will mark the most important turning-point of your life.

Here are the 5 simple secrets of self-reflection

  1. Ask yourself open-ended questions: Start off by asking yourself open-ended questions that will prompt self-reflection, such as: “Am I doing what makes me happy?” “Are there things I’d like to improve about myself?” or “What could I have done differently today?” Notice what thoughts and feelings arise within you for each question and then begin to think about why. Be curious about yourself and be open to whatever comes up.

  1. Keep a journal: Journaling your thoughts and responses to these questions is an excellent vehicle for self-expression. It can be helpful to look back at your responses, read how you handled things in the past, assess the outcome, and look for where you might make changes in the future.

  1. Try meditation: Meditation can also be a powerful tool for self-reflection and personal growth. Even if it’s only for five minutes, practice sitting in silence and paying attention to what comes up for you. Notice which thoughts are fleeting and which come up more often.

  1. Process major events and emotions: When something happens in your life that makes you feel especially good or bad, take the time to reflect on what occurred, how it made you feel, and either how you can get to that feeling again or what you might do differently the next time. Writing down your thoughts in a journal can help.

  1. Make a self-reflection board: Create a self-reflection board of positive attributes that you add to regularly. Celebrate your authentic self and the ways you stay true to who you are. Having a visual representation of self-reflection can be motivating.

Well, congratulations!

Now you can proudly say that you're one of the very few who hold the secret to achieving your desired goals.

But…

Even with these secrets in the palm of your hands, your success is not guaranteed.

The purpose of self-reflection is to measure your progress and make improvements for the best possible results.

In short, when you start measuring your progress and reach set goals…

Not only will you be able to forecast the trajectory of your project…

…but your brain will release dopamine, the happiness and reward hormone, making you feel more confident and motivated to continue your work.

Thankfully, many brilliant methods are available for properly measuring your self-improvement…

But this one method stands out from the rest.

Whether you want to start a business, learn a new language, or improve your physique…

Knowing which way you’re headed gives you an edge over everybody else.

Which is why I made this self-improvement product just to make sure you get what you want.

Sincerely
